Jon and Jamie went from Dingboche down to Pheriche on a drugs mission this day. There's a "hospital" there where you can buy useful things like diamox, sudafed etc so they went to stock up as the "Khumbu cough" was getting to us. The rest of us went the normal way along the ridge to Dugla.
